JDRE Customers End March With Big Wins

Jay Dickens Racing Engines Customers Enjoy Strong End to March

Aberdeen, MS (04/03/12) – As the season prepares to kick into high gear Jay Dickens Racing Engines (JDRE) customers ended the month of March with several big wins.

 Don O'Neal from Martinsville, Indiana led the way with back-to-back, Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) wins in late March.  On March 24th he claimed the $10,000 victory in a thriller over Jimmy Owens in the 16th Annual Indiana Ice Breaker in his #71 Mastersbilt/Jay Dickens Racing Engine Super Late Model.  Six days later as the tour made its first-ever trip to Jackson Motor Speedway (Byram, Mississippi) O'Neal again overtook Owens late in the 50 lap affair to claim the $10,000 win.

 Bub McCool from Vicksburg, Mississippi claimed his first win of the 2012 campaign in his #57J Victory Circle by Moyer/Jay Dickens Racing Engine entry on Saturday, March 24th at Whynot Motorsports Park (Meridian, Mississippi) in a $2,500-to-win, Mississippi State Championship Challenge Series (MSCCS) event.  He battled with fellow JDRE customer, Klint Byars, late in the race to claim the win.  Earlier in the evening Byars powered his #5 Victory Circle by Moyer/Jay Dickens Racing Engine Super Late Model to the quick time honors.

 Edinburgh, Indiana's Chad Stapleton stormed to his first win of the 2012 season on Friday, March 30th at Moler Raceway Park (Williamsburg, Ohio) in his #32 Rocket/Jay Dickens Racing Engine Super Late Model.  He had to battle past early leader, Wayne Chinn, to get it done.
